OK...I haven't officially began yet.  I'm going to start on May 23rd...the day after I get done with my chemistry class.  I have begun to track what I'm eating, though.  That is something I have been needing to do for a long, long time, but I just kept putting it off.  Today is the first day.  I've been eating "normally."  My recommended calorie intake for weight loss is 1,500.  So far today (and dinner hasn't even come yet), I've had roughly 2,660.  And I've been questioning why I'm not losing weight???  I'm surprised I haven't been gaining!

Isn't it amazing  to track you food intake...I cannot even imagine how many calories I was taking in, between LARGE portions, seconds, high fat foods and little fruits and veggies....I was a walking heart attack in the making.

I would think up to four. But just keep a close eye on your sodium intake.

sodium is just water..... COntinously drink water & the "sodium" will drown out itself..

My calorie intake should be 2000 but i have been doing 1000 a day plus exercise... IT makes me feel sooo much better!!
