I was wondering how you all got started. Making up your own meal plan by counting Calories??? I looked online and it looks like most women should consume between 1200 and 1400 caleries per day. Does this sound right, 1200 calories for loosing weight? also, What snacks are good for late night cravings??? Thanks so much! minilin

I was on WW a few times over the years. So, I have a basic idea of what I need to do. I still go to their Web site for idea and to read teh message boards. Late night snacks I love are 1/2 banana with 1tsp of PB, almonds, air popped popcorn, or some veggies with FF dip. Depends on what I am craving at the time and what kinds of foods I didnt get enough of during the day! Usually I go for a cup of tea and a FF goodie! It's like a reward for a good day staying on track. Hope this helped!

I'd like to know if anyone has used Healthy Choice to make up a diet plan similar to Jenny Craigs?? I can't afford to join Jenny Craigs and I do enjoy the Healthy Choice frozen foods. So...if anyone has done this can you post how you went about doing it? Suggested daily menu, etc.
Thanks so much, Karen
