Just tried the Sweet Asian Potstickers.  They were very good.  I do have a question.  Where does the 1 gram of saturated fat come from?  I didn't see any animal products listed in the ingredients.  Is the "natural flavors" derived from an animal source?  I

My guess is that maybe the fat comes from the pot sticker wrapping. I just tried this dish for the first time too. I'm not a fan of spicy food. I think the name of this item should be SWEET AND SPICY Asian Potstickers. I think folks who like some spice will love this dish though. It has all of the ingredients I love...I just wish it wasn't spicy...won't be able to buy it again, but I can't wait until tomorrow when I try one of the other new healthy choice dishes I bought! Hope it won't be spicy....

These are GREAT!  But they are SPICY!  Nice surprise, and good flavors.  Keep it up HC...FINALLY good tasting healthy foods at affordable prices.

There are 5 mg of cholesterol with no mention of egg or dairy allergens, therefore the natural flavors would have to be from animal fat.  Wouldn't you think?

I just tried these as well. They are unbelievably too hot!! Especially when it says nothing about being hot or spicy on the box. My mouth was burning for hours from just one bite. Don't give these to children!

I agree, waaayyy too spicy.  It gave me a headache.  There needs to be some mention of spicy in the title.  I found the Honey Ginger Chicken to be the same way.  I hope they change the recipes.  I'll be avoiding all thier "asian" dishes until then.....

Holy Cow! The label says "sweet Asian sauce" --- but it is so spicy my mouth is still burning a 1/2 hour later. What's up with the mis-labeling?!! Good but way spicy - need to warn folks!!

After seeing those funny commercials for this product, I couldn't wait to purchase the sweet asain potstickers meal, I just had to see if the meals were that good. To my surprise, the meal was everything and more. This is the first time I have every purchased a health choice meal and not thrown it away becuase it had not flavor. The new meals are a breath of fresh air considering the old meals were unappealing and lack flavor. I think this new change with Healthy Choice meals will not only gain new customer (myself being one) but also become a major competitor in the frozen meal market again the Lean Cuisine and SmartOne meals. Keep up the good work!!!

I totally agree about this meal being way too spicy.  If the spicy factor is going to be this high, PLEASE DON'T LABEL IT SWEET!   My mouth is on fire.  I won't be buying this one again.

I have to say that I won't be buying these potstickers either. I bought 2 boxes at once so I tried it at home and was blow away by the spicyness, I couldn't finish it. Then I brought the second box with to work because I thought maybe it was just that other box maybe this one will be sweeter but no way! I was starving so I tried to add some soy and duck sauce to is to knock down the spicy factor but it did not work, needless to say I did not finish that one either.

This entree is awsome!!!  I would say that it has a "burst of flavor with a little kick" but I really dont think it is spicy.  I have bought this a few times.  By far one of my favorites.

[nobr]"there are also plant-based sources of saturated fat, principallycoconut oil and coconut milk, palm kernel oil, cocoa butter, and palmoil. And while you probably don’t go to the store and buy these—withthe exception of coconut milk—these plant-based saturated fats crop upin a number of commercially prepared products. Cocoa butter is inchocolate. Coconut oil and palm oils are in anything from non-dairywhipped toppings and coffee creamers, to cookies and cakes."

my guess would be it's either the sesame or canola oil that adds the saturated fats.

i absolutely loved this dish....  keep it for a very long time!  it's so hard to find quality diet dinners as a vegetarian!

I don't know about the saturated fat. I do agree they are very good. I love the spicy flavor.
