HELP

This is my first time trying this diet. I am 5'5 and a size 22 and my first goal is tryin to fix in a size 16 but i really wanna be a 14. I go to the gym and workout 45 min 5 days a week and been doin this now for 2 days. Havent got on the scale yet waitin to Sun. Just hopin this really works for me . Wanna lose 60 pounds before June 1. My current weight is 296 wanna get to 200. Can someone explain to me how they did it and what they ate for breatfast. I eat 2 boil eggs sometimes and Special k cearal with with 2 percent milk and some kind of fruit is that good. Wish me good luck, will post back sunday and give results. thanks everyone for you success stories they really motivate me.

If I could do it, you can do it. Just keep eating Healthy Choice meals!!!! I don't eat breakfast, because if I do, it seems like I just want to eat all day. But that's just me. For lunch I eat 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with a little pineapple and a Lean Cuisine pizza or sandwich. For supper I have a big salad and a Healthy Choice dinner. If I get hungry in between lunch and supper, I'll eat an apple or protein bar. I was 290 when I started this and am down to 182. I have been very overweight all of my life and this is the first thing that has ever worked for me.

Hey Gurl,
I understand you wanting to loose weight quickly, but June 1st? That's wayy to fast to drop 60 lbs. The advice the previous person gave you to not eat breakfast should not be taken. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You really should try to eat breakfast daily. As for the workouts, thats great that you have been working out alot. Sometimes you may find that you will come to a platue and you will find yourself not loosing weight all of a sudden. This is beause you need to mix up your routine a bit. If your jogging, add an extra mile or subtract a mile to switch it up so you dont get caught up in a rut. Also try differnt activites that still burn calories. Something i have found to be helpful while working out is either a workout buddy, or watching a dvd and following along. My personal favorite dvd is the biggest loser. They are great, and they are real people not some babie with a fake body smiling the entire time while not even sweating a drop. lol.
