Just Getting Started

Hey everyone, my name is Rick and I am just getting started on this eating plan. I plan to do a shake with Origin of Life liquid Nutrition added (this stuff is great). Lunch will be a HC meal with added veggies and the same for dinner. Snack on fruit in between to make 2-3 small snacks. Finally this is something I am sure I can do! I would like to lose 30 pounds over the summer and get into a size 34 jeans - what I wore when I graduated High School many moons ago. I am not a spring chicken but am losing for good health. Any suggestions appreciated and I will keep everyone posted.
