i was so excited to see the new all natural entrees at the grocery store!! as a vegetarian, i have always wished there was more variety for quick and healthy meals. i quickly grabbed the portabella marsala pasta and the portabella spinach parmesan.
i went to prepare my lunch today and took a closer look at the ingredients. chicken stock and chicken fat in both of them!!
what is the point of including such a miniscule amount when it could easily be replaced with a different ingredient???
adding chicken fat doesn't seem like a healthy choice anyways.
does anyone know of any other new entrees that are vegetarian?

I think many of the new Natural entrees don't have the chicken stock. I was looking at all of the ingredients and didn't see chicken stock in any. yummy entrees - enjoyed them all!

The chicken stock is most likely no-fat or low fat stock. I can make a no-fat chicken stock and sell it and call it 'chicken stock'.
