Im going to the store today to stock up on a few of the healthy choice meals. I need to lose about 30 pounds. I cant seem to do it on my own. I try to write down everything I eat, but I always overeat and never stay within my calorie range for the day. Ive read alot of posts on here, and feel confident that if others can lose the weight, then I can too. I like having a structured eating plan, knowing exactly what and how much I can eat. If I leave it up to me, that never happens.
My plan is to eat a good breakfast- probably oatmeal with raisins, or cereal and milk with fruit. I will also have a healthy choice meal for both lunch and dinner. I will add either a salad or vegetables.
I still have to cook seperate for my family, but I dont mind the extra expense of the meals because I know I will stick to the plan better for myself.
Does anyone have any other tips for me to help me to stick to this plan?? What are your favorite HC meals youve tried??
Does anyone have any suggestions after you lose the weight? What have you done to keep it off? I really dont want to gain back this weight. I want to keep it off.
