Hi, I have lost 13 Pounds in a month eating Healthy Choice dinners. I also lift weights six days a week. Arms & Legs (Mon, Weds, Fri) Abs & Chest (Tues, Thurs, Sat) I also do stepper & treadmill combination 60 mins a day or Glider & treadmill. I switch off every other day. This really does work!! However I am a stay at home mom and have the time, unlike some people that have to work. I have dropped already a pants size. It does take alot of motivation, but I really want to change to get healthy. Healthy choice dinners are great and are the perfect portion. If I want dessert at night I wiil eat Yogurt. They have some really great choices. Everyone keep up the good work. I hope to be at my goal weight by the end of June!!

Congratulations on your weight loss!!!!!  I don't do all the exercise that you do, but I've still lost 107 pounds eating Healthy Choice.  For me, Healthy Choice has been a lifesaver!!!!

 I just startng eating health choices I love them.... my weight is 182 pounds ..I eat yougurt inthe morning with a friut ...at lunch health choice meal and a salad with veg  and vingear and oil  and same for supper and if hungry  later do friut again just started last week ...what do you think  is there anything I should change ..just had surgery...two weeks ago so this week i can start walking on the treadmill... any support ,,I would love it thanks again kathy                  ps: trying to lose 50 pounds

Dang congrats on the weight lost and congrats on keeping up with such a tough workout routine.

I wish i could spend all day working out but i'm stuck in the office...grrr. lol.
